Outage: Xavvo/MiniVPS Services Newcastle
What:
All VPS/VDS/Dedicated Services in Newcastle are currently unavailable.
Affects:
All customers with Xavvo/MiniVPS services from the Wildcard DataCentre based in Newcastle.
Please note; this does not affect any part of the Astutium Network, or the MiniVPS Maidenhead or Manchester based services.
When:
This condition was detected at 16:40 2015/10/29.
We do not yet have an ETA for service restoration as the datacentre are still investigating.
We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, service will be restored as soon as possible.
Update:
18:45 29/October/2015 The supplier have restarted the switching and network capability has been restored, we will now begin the process to migrate services to the AS29527/Astutium network and our own datacentre facilities in order to prevent this re-occurring.
